30 Day Returns & Shipping Policy

If you send us an email to hello@kenzako.com within 30 days of your purchase. Including your name, order number and reason why you'd like a refund, our customer care team will be in touch ASAP.

Please note:

1)To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase the product, you are not eligible for a refund.
2) We do not accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We are not responsible for damaged products when they are outside of our care, products are inspected thoroughly at our warehouse before they are sent to customers and if the product has been dropped, cracked, smashed, spilled or misused, we cannot take responsibility and cannot refund or accept returns on broken items.
4) We are unable to refund your original transaction fee and shipping charges, return shipping is an expense of the returnee.
5) All returns will be inspected by our customer care team, ensuring it is our original product in returned within 30 days of purchase.

If your products are deemed to be unopened, or lightly used and tested, we will happily refund you the remaining balance.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia: Standard Shipping: $9 Flat Rate (3–7 business days).

International: Standard Shipping Cost Depending on Location (7–28 business days). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Note: Free shipping is available for Australian orders over $99 AUD

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
