  • Choose your preferred delivery frequency: Every 4 weeks (10% off) or Every 8 weeks (8% off)

  • Your selected products will be automatically delivered to your doorstep

Shipping & Billing

  • Orders are billed automatically on the day of dispatch

  • You will receive a reminder email before each renewal

  • Free shipping applies to eligible orders as per our general shipping policy

  • Secure payments: Kenzako does not store or have access to your credit card details. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout system.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancel or edit your subscription at any time through your Kenzako account

  • Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date
